Description
Job Title: Housekeeping SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including training and development Assign and inspect housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness standards are met Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and standards Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelinesRequirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations in the hotel industry High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plusBenefits: Competitive salary and opportunities for career development Health insurance and other benefits Positive and collaborative work environment Employee discounts on hotel/resort services
