Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations Track and monitor the movement of goods throughout the supply chain Manage and update logistics databases and systems Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements Investigate and resolve issues related to transportation and delivery Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategiesRequirements: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferredBenefits: Competitive salary and opportunities for career development Health insurance and other benefits Positive and collaborative work environment Employee discounts on company products/services
