Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages. Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the menu items and make recommendations. Order Accuracy: Ensure accurate order delivery and handle customer inquiries. Barista Duties: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per standards. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff. Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques for Barista role.
