Job Title : Bellhop / PorterLocation : Dubai, UAEJob Description : Join the hospitality team as a Bellhop/Porter and be a crucial part of creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests. We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual to assist with luggage handling and provide assistance to guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage Safely transport guests’ luggage to their rooms Provide information about hotel services and amenities Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently Collaborate with the front desk and concierge staff Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in lobby and entrance areas Offer valet parking services when applicable Assist with other guest service tasks as neededRequirements: Previous experience as a Bellhop/Porter is preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry luggage Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests High school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage plus tips Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
