Your role is crucial in providing a professional and courteous greeting, ensuring security, and offering assistance to enhance the overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome residents, guests, and visitors warmly as they enter the premises. Assist with opening doors, carrying luggage, and providing support with belongings when needed. Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring entrances and maintaining vigilance for any suspicious activity. Manage access control, including verifying identities and authorizations for entry. Provide information and directions to visitors, residents, and guests as requested. Communicate and coordinate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. Handle deliveries and assist in receiving and organizing packages or mail as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role or as a doorman is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in various situations. Strong attention to detail and vigilance in ensuring the security of the premises. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
