Description
Job Title: Operations SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: Join our dynamic team as an Operations Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to lead and manage our operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities Monitor and ensure the efficiency of workflow and processes Collaborate with department heads to achieve operational goals Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures Train and mentor staff to enhance performance Evaluate and improve operational systems and processes Analyze and report on operational performance metrics Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Participate in the development of operational budgets and cost estimatesRequirements: Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of industry best practices and trends Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications (e. g. , Six Sigma) are a plusBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
