Description
Job Title: Inventory AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: Join our warehouse team as an Inventory Assistant and contribute to the efficient management of our inventory. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the inventory control processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits of inventory Update and maintain accurate records of inventory levels Assist in the receipt, storage, and issuance of products Collaborate with the purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records Monitor and report on slow-moving and obsolete inventory Use inventory management software and systems Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Assist in the preparation of inventory reports Perform other warehouse tasks as neededRequirements: Previous experience as an Inventory Assistant or in a similar role is preferred Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Knowledge of inventory management principles Ability to use inventory management software and systems Effective communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects High school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
