Job Title: Picking and Packing SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: Join our warehouse team as a Picking and Packing Specialist and contribute to the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to play a key role in our warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Pick items from shelves based on customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipping in an accurate and efficient manner Perform quality checks on picked and packed items Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of packages Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor Follow safety and quality control standardsRequirements: Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar role is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move heavy objects Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience with operating warehouse equipment is a plus Positive and proactive attitude High school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
