We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in various HR functions and assist in maintaining efficient HR operations. Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates. Coordinate new hire orientation and assist in onboarding procedures for new employees. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and HR-related documentation. Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and leave requests. Support in benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and communication with employees. Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and HR-related events. Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: Knowledge of HR procedures, recruitment processes, and employment laws/regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
