Job Title : Logistics Co-ordinatorLocation : Dubai, UAEJob Description: Join our logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator and contribute to the efficient movement of goods and materials. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods from suppliers to the final destination Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations Track and update shipment statuses in real-time Resolve issues related to transportation delays or damages Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with carriers Monitor and control logistics costs and expenses Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams for seamless operations Perform other logistics-related tasks as assignedRequirements: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Familiarity with logistics software and systems Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance Problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferredBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
