Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trolley Boy. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers with their belongings, manage trolleys, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all patrons. Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers with loading/unloading items onto/from trolleys. Maintain cleanliness and organize trolley stations. Assist customers in locating trolleys and carts as needed. Offer exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries courteously. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless operation. Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
