We are looking for a results-driven and proactive individual to oversee and optimize our logistics and distribution operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the team, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to enhance logistics and distribution efficiency. Manage and optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory levels. Lead and mentor a team of logistics and distribution staff, providing guidance and support. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain processes. Forecast and plan for future logistics needs to meet company objectives. Requirements: Strong knowledge of logistics software, supply chain processes, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
