Description
We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for students while fostering their intellectual and social development. Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Support students’ learning by providing individualized attention and guidance. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Supervise students during class, recess, lunch, and other activities. Assist in creating and organizing educational materials and resources. Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ performance and behavior. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Adhere to school policies and procedures and uphold professional standards
