Description
Job Title: Hypermarket Floor SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: Join our team as a Floor Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of sales associates on the floor Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-maintained Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks Train and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets Assist in setting up product displays and promotional areas Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements: Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar retail supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising techniques Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plusBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
