The Day Care Staff will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children, promoting their well-being and development. Responsibilities: Supervise and care for children in the day care facility. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and creativity. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Collaborate with other day care staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Assist with mealtime, diapering, and other daily routines. Maintain a clean and organized day care environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in child care or a relevant field is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
