Booking Management: Handle flight and hotel reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and well-organized. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Skills: Upsell travel packages and additional services to enhance clients’ travel experiences. Requirements:Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and accommodations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-focused attitude and a passion for travel.
