Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our catering team as a Catering Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide valuable support in various aspects of catering operations, ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and set-up of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as required. Support the catering team in food preparation, such as plating dishes, garnishing, and arranging buffets. Assist in loading and unloading catering equipment, supplies, and food items at event venues. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during events. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the catering area, including cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety and hygiene standards while handling and serving food. Assist in inventory management, including checking and replenishing supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination during events.
