The Bellboy is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests by assisting with their luggage, offering information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements during their stay. Handle luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring proper security and organization. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance area. Offer assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and convenience. Coordinate with other hotel staff to fulfill guest requests promptly. Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
