We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing exceptional service, and helping clients achieve their property-related goals. Responsibilities:Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process of properties. Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive prices. Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and present purchase offers or rental terms. Advise clients on the suitability and value of properties based on their needs and budget. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients. Coordinate property closings, inspections, and other activities necessary for the transaction. Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
