As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Explain product features and benefits to potential customers. Identify and qualify sales leads through phone conversations. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries. Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and overcome objections. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent.
