Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Meat Factory Helper. This role involves supporting various tasks within the meat processing plant to ensure smooth operations and high-quality production. Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and processing of meat products according to company standards. Follow safety protocols and adhere to sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Package, label, and weigh meat products for distribution. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision after appropriate training. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals efficiently. Perform general tasks such as cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils. Requirements:Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety and hygiene standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
