Description
As a Barista/Cashier specializing in desserts, cold & hot drinks, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your passion for crafting delicious beverages and desserts combined with excellent customer service will contribute to our café’s success. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages as per our menu. Create visually appealing and delicious desserts, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide exceptional service at the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dessert display area. Follow recipes and guidelines for preparing beverages and desserts while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or similar setting preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, dessert preparation, and beverage mixing. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail in preparing beverages and desserts to meet quality standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
