The Reservations Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests and maintaining optimal occupancy levels. Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations. Provide information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities. Up-sell additional services and packages to enhance guests’ experiences. Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Resolve guest concerns and issues related to reservations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel amenities and local attractions. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent.
