Job Vacancy: Operation Supervisor Position: Operation Supervisor Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Operation Supervisor in our Packaged Food Factory. The Operation Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the factory. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues. Train and mentor production team members. Evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Operation Supervisor in a packaged food factory or similar environment. Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Knowledge of safety and quality control regulations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field is a plus.
