Job Opportunity: Ticketing AgentLocation: Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:Assist customers with booking and reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services. Provide information on travel itineraries, pricing, and available packages. Process ticket sales, changes, cancellations, and refunds. Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and visa requirements. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best deals for customers. Requirements:Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of travel booking systems and software. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with airline policies, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
