Job Opportunity: Logistics Assistant for Import/Export CompanyLocation: Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:Coordinate and monitor import/export shipments and logistics operations. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to ensure smooth transactions. Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs documents. Track and update inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment. Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and delays. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize processes and reduce costs. Requirements:Previous experience in logistics, preferably in import/export. Knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
