Description
Responsibilities:Receive and process room service orders from guests. Provide menu information, recommendations, and answer inquiries. Enter orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the kitchen. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with attention to detail. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Requirements:Previous experience as a Room Service Order Taker or in a similar role. Knowledge of hotel menu items and services. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel systems and order processing. Multilingual skills are a plus.
