The Data Entry Operator will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of data related to warehouse operations. Responsibilities: Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update records of inventory, shipments, and transactions. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure data integrity. Follow data entry protocols and guidelines. Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and concerns. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment. Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
