Job Opportunity: Help Desk OperatorResponsibilities:Receive and log customer queries, requests, and technical issues. Provide first-level support and attempt to resolve issues over the phone or through remote assistance. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Ensure timely response and resolution to customer inquiries. Collaborate with technical teams to continuously improve support processes. Requirements:Proven experience as a Help Desk Operator or in a similar role. Knowledge of help desk software and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Technical proficiency in relevant software and systems. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
