Job Opportunity: Airport Services AgentResponsibilities:Provide assistance and information to passengers at the airport. Handle check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes. Assist with baggage handling and coordinate with ground services. Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a courteous manner. Collaborate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:Previous experience as an Airport Services Agent or in a similar role. Knowledge of airline procedures and airport operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with airport check-in systems. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
