We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our valued shoppers. Position: Customer Service Representative – SupermarketLocation: DubaiResponsibilities:Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and courteously Provide information on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs Monitor checkout queues and ensure a smooth and timely customer flow Collaborate with other supermarket departments to address customer needs Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of supermarket products and layout is an advantage Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
