The Assistant Teacher will work collaboratively with lead teachers to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students. Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. Provide individualized attention and support to students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events. Contribute to creating a safe and engaging learning space. Qualifications: Previous experience in an assistant teaching role is a plus. A passion for working with children and promoting their development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to assist with non-teaching tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Background check and clearance as required by local regulations. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
