Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer product recommendations. Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintain a neat and organized sales area, including restocking shelves. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience. Handle customer concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing transactions. Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as necessary.
