Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual. Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls. Requirements:Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Knowledge of hotel operations and services. Familiarity with telephone systems and switchboard operations.
