Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our guests or patrons. Responsibilities:Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs and inquiries. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment in various hospitality areas. Help with setting up and organizing events, banquets, or special occasions. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Requirements:Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays. Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the hospitality department.
