Utilize packing materials efficiently to minimize waste. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory. Operate packing equipment and tools as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Basic math skills for quantity verification. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
