Indoor Helpers play an essential role in supporting various tasks within our facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and maintaining indoor spaces. Perform general cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness standards. Support other departments as needed with tasks such as filing, data entry, or inventory management. Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily goals. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Handle additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Uphold a positive and cooperative work atmosphere. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting and movement. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
