The Cashier Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing cashier operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of cashiers to achieve operational goals. Train and onboard new cashiers, providing guidance and support. Oversee daily cash handling and reconciliation processes. Monitor and maintain accuracy in point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Assist in resolving customer issues and inquiries related to transactions. Conduct regular cash register audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the finance department on cash management procedures. Provide feedback to cashiers to enhance performance and efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant training or certifications in cash handling. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
