Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist in classroom management and behavior reinforcement. Provide feedback on student progress and performance. Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to enhance the learning experience. Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities. Qualifications: Degree in Education or relevant field is preferred. Previous experience working with primary school students is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and contributing to their educational development. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Requirements: Relevant certifications in education.
