Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries, orders, or any relevant updates. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams for improvement. Up-selling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Empathy and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure. Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
