Description
As a School Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing a secure and friendly atmosphere for students during their daily commute. Key Responsibilities:Safe Transportation: Operate a school bus in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of students at all times. Adherence to Schedule: Maintain a consistent and punctual schedule for student pick-up and drop-off. Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus to ensure it is in proper working condition. Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and school staff to address any concerns or changes in the transportation schedule. Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, including implementing evacuation procedures and following safety protocols. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily routes, student ridership, and any incidents that may occur during transportation. Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures, regulations, and district policies. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Valid UAE Driver’s License Clean driving record and a commitment to safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with children and maintain a positive and respectful demeanor.
