You will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that guests have a delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff. Table Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu and be able to provide recommendations or answer questions about dishes and beverages. Upselling: Suggest additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Billing and Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required; we are willing to train candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
