The Guest Service Supervisor will lead a team of front-line employees, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operation of the guest service department. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the guest service team to provide excellent customer service. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues. Train and mentor guest service staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction through feedback and surveys. Assist in managing room reservations and availability. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide updates on policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in guest service or a related role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
