Provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities. Assist guests in the reservation process and address any questions or concerns. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations. Up-sell additional services and amenities to guests when appropriate. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements:Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
