A well established restaurant chain with multiple locations in Dubai is looking to hire Assistant Store Managers who can join our growing team immediately. What we’re looking for:Graduates of Hospitality Management Programs or related courses Able to communicate confidently in English Certified Person In Charge trained within UAE Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations Passionate in delivering high quality service Must be medically fit and well groomed Must be able to join immediately Residing in DubaiExpected Duties and Responsibilities, and other qualifications are:Provide leadership and direction towards the achievement of goals and objectives set by company Ensure that the store operations and brand guidelines are adhered to as required by the company Ensure all products delivered to the customers are as per brand standards. Must be able to handle customer queries/complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. Able to confidently hold Briefings, set targets and conduct performance evaluations for his team Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and be a hands on role model Must maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater customer demands. Must ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
