Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse activities. Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including training, coaching, and performance management Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet operational goals and deadlines Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team Qualifications:Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members Proficient in inventory management and warehouse operations Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and adapt to changing demands Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or related software
