We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable visit. Position: HostessLocation: DubaiResponsibilities:Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements Assist in coordinating the flow of guests and maintaining waitlists Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience Requirements:Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
