Job Opportunity: Telephone Operator Be the voice of our organization by joining us as a Telephone Operator in Dubai. We are seeking a courteous and efficient individual to handle incoming calls, provide information, and contribute to the smooth communication flow within our organization. Position: Telephone OperatorLocation: DubaiResponsibilities:Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner Provide information about the organization, services, and products Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Take and relay messages accurately Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings via phone Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls Requirements:Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant and clear telephone voice Familiarity with telephone systems and switchboards Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
