As a Tea and Juice Maker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and refreshing tea and juice beverages for our customers. Your creativity and passion for quality beverages will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our patrons. Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of tea and juice beverages according to company recipes and standards Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area Manage inventory of tea leaves, fruits, and other ingredients Operate and maintain beverage-making equipment Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and precision in beverage preparation Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
