STORE SUPERVISORThis role will be responsible for management, recruitment, training, development and motivation of the team. The Concession Store Manager will be handling day to day boutique operations, driving the performance of the store and constantly looking for ways to improve the business. To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in retail store management, strong commercial focus and business acumen with a practice in setting and managing the targets and KPIs. In addition, you will have solid understanding of the luxury retail industry, the region and its clientele. Moreover, this role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
